Looking for amla juice in the UK? Aryan Herbals Indian Gooseberry Amla Juice comes in a 1000ml pack labelled as a food supplement. If you recognise amla from South Asian groceries, check the bottled formulation separately rather than assuming it is the same as fresh fruit.
This guide helps you identify the bottle, compare it with blends containing amla and find the label information you need before use. For other varieties, explore our Ayurvedic Juice UK range guide.
What is Indian Gooseberry Amla Juice?
The front of the Aryan Herbals carton names this product Indian Gooseberry Amla Juice. The stated pack size is 1000ml, equivalent to 1 litre, and the packaging describes it as a food supplement.
The name identifies the product, but it does not provide a complete ingredients list or establish the fruit concentration. Read the label for the full formulation, any fruit percentage stated and any additional ingredients.
Amla juice or a blend containing amla?
Our Amla Juice 1000ml and Bitter Gourd Karela Juice with Amla 1000ml are separate products. The latter specifically names bitter gourd alongside amla.
Match the full name and ingredients when replacing a familiar bottle. A product containing amla is not automatically the same formulation as a product named Amla Juice, and serving directions can differ.
What does the bottled juice taste like?
The finished flavour depends on concentration, the balance of ingredients and any additions. We have not taste-tested this bottle, so we would not promise a particular sweetness or tartness or describe it as the best choice for every beginner.
Check the label for dilution guidance. A food supplement juice should not automatically be treated like a ready-to-drink fruit beverage.
How should you use Amla Juice?
Follow the recommended serving size, directions and warnings on your own bottle. Do not borrow an amount from another brand or assume a full glass is appropriate. Do not exceed the recommended amount.
If you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are considering giving a supplement to a child, ask a qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not use this product instead of professional advice or prescribed treatment.
Storage and use after opening
Follow the product label for storage temperature, any refrigeration requirements and the time limit for use after opening. Follow any shaking instructions printed on the bottle.
