Looking for karela juice with amla in the UK? Aryan Herbals Bitter Gourd Karela Juice with Amla comes in a 1000ml pack labelled as a food supplement. The “with amla” wording matters when comparing bottles: this is a different product from a karela jamun blend.
This guide covers what to check on the label and how to choose the bottle you intended to buy. For other varieties, explore our Ayurvedic Juice UK range guide.
What is Karela Juice with Amla?
The carton names this product Bitter Gourd Karela Juice and states “With Amla”. The brand is Aryan Herbals, and the pack contains 1000ml, equivalent to 1 litre.
These front-of-pack details identify the product, but they are not a full ingredients list. Read the label for the complete formulation, any stated proportions and any additional ingredients. Do not assume it contains only the ingredients named in the title.
Karela with amla or karela with jamun?
Our Karela Juice with Amla and Karela Jamun Juice are separate products. The first highlights amla; the second is labelled Bitter Gourd & Indian Blackberry.
Check the complete product name, ingredients and directions before choosing or replacing a familiar bottle. A shared karela ingredient does not mean the formulations or serving instructions are identical.
What does it taste like?
Karela is associated with bitterness, but the finished taste depends on the recipe, concentration and other ingredients. We have not taste-tested this bottle, so we would not promise that the amla makes it brighter, sweeter or milder than another blend.
Check whether dilution is recommended on the label rather than assuming a supplement juice should be served like a ready-to-drink fruit beverage.
How should you use it?
Follow the serving size, dilution directions and warnings on your own bottle. Do not copy an amount from another brand or assume that a full glass is an appropriate serving. Do not exceed the label's recommended amount.
If you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are considering giving a supplement to a child, ask a qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not use this product instead of professional advice or prescribed treatment.
Storage and use after opening
Follow the label for storage temperature, any refrigeration requirements and the time limit for use after opening. Follow any shaking instructions printed on the bottle.
