Looking for turmeric haldi juice in the UK? If you know turmeric as the golden ingredient used in South Asian cooking, a bottled juice is a different format worth understanding before you order. Our Aryan Herbals Turmeric Haldi Juice with Black Pepper comes in a 1000ml pack and is labelled as a dietary supplement.
This guide explains what the packaging tells us, what to check before use and where to buy the bottle online. For the wider range, explore our Ayurvedic Juice UK guide.
What is turmeric haldi juice?
Haldi is another name for turmeric. The Aryan Herbals carton states that this juice is made from fresh Indian turmeric roots and infused with black pepper. The bottle contains 1000ml, equivalent to 1 litre.
Those front-of-pack details are not a complete ingredient list. Check the label for the full formulation, including any other ingredients, and do not assume it is undiluted turmeric juice.
Why choose a turmeric juice with black pepper?
Black pepper is part of this product's named formulation. If you are comparing bottles, look for it on the ingredient list rather than assuming every turmeric juice includes it. We are describing the ingredients here, not promising a health effect.
What does it taste like?
Turmeric and black pepper are familiar cooking ingredients, but a bottled blend can taste different from either ingredient on its own. Concentration, dilution and other ingredients affect the finished flavour. We have not taste-tested this bottle, so we would not describe it as sweeter, milder or less bitter than another juice.
How should you use it?
Follow the serving size, dilution instructions and warnings on your own bottle. Do not borrow a serving recommendation from another brand or assume that a full glass is an appropriate serving.
If you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are considering giving a supplement to a child, ask a qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not use it instead of prescribed treatment or professional advice.
Storage and use after opening
Follow the product label for storage temperature, any refrigeration requirements and the time limit for use after opening. Follow any shaking instructions on the bottle rather than assuming the same rules apply to every juice.
